Super Regular can be taken by anyone who experiences PMS or PMDD symptoms.
Whether you're looking to ease mood swings, reduce breast tenderness, feel less anxious, boost sleep quality and energy levels, or improve overall wellbeing, Super Regular is perfect for you.
If you're breastfeeding, being treated for any medical condition, or taking medication, please consult your GP before adding Super Regular to your diet. Not suitable for people who are pregnant. - What can I expect from taking it?
Some ingredients will have an instant effect on mood, energy, sleep, and gut health.Other ingredients take approximately two to three months to take effect.
This is because many nutrients need time to build up in the body before they can do a particular job.
Therefore, we recommend taking Super Regular consistently for three months before assessing the full effect it has for you. - What if i’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend that breastfeeding women speak to their GP before adding Super Regular to their diet.It is not suitable for people who are pregnant as evening primrose oil can cause the cervix to soften.
- What about hormonal contraception?
Nope. When we designed Super Regular we ensured that it wouldn't interfere with your natural cycle or hormonal contraception.It doesn't change hormone levels or the nature of your cycle.
Instead, it combats the negative, knock-on effects caused by fluctuating hormones.Super Regular is hormone-free. - I have a pre-existing medical condition
If you are taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your GP before adding Super Regular to your diet.
- How does the subscription work?
Regardless of your subscription type, you will receive 30 days worth of supplements each month.
The 'frequency' of your subscription impacts the billing cycle, not delivery.
If you have chosen a monthly subscription, you will be billed every month.If you have chosen a three-month subscription, you will be billed once every three months. - Why did you call it Super Regular?
Deeper meanings
The invention of tampons was a huge leap in the way the world acknowledges and caters for women’s health. But, along with this revelation came labelling and expectation setting. For almost a century, ‘traditional’ women’s health companies have been pigeonholing us.
By choosing to name one tampon size ‘regular’, these companies set a precedent for what is now an industry that feeds off women thinking they’re ‘irregular’. Society thrives off us trying to be something else - it makes for great sales.We say to hell with that.
You’re awesome as you are. By combining super and regular, we’re leaning into those labels and redefining them, flipping archaic perceptions on their heads and encouraging women and girls to be unapologetically themselves.

Your subscription
- How does subscription work?
You will receive 30 days' worth of supplements each month. If you have chosen 'one time purchase', you will be billed once and receive one delivery.
If you have chosen a monthly subscription, you will be billed every month and you will receive a delivery every month. You will receive a Welcome Pack as your first order, and letter-box sized refills every month thereafter. - How do I manage my subscription or change my address?
You will receive 2 emails when you first place your subscription. The first email will confirm your first order and the second will confirm your subscription.
Within this second email you can click 'Manage subscription' to manage your order. This includes rescheduling, skipping or cancelling your order. You can also change your address and payment details here too. - Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, to do so click 'Manage subscription' in your subscription activation email, and from here you can cancel your order. \
You can also pause your order or skip a delivery instead. - Can I pause my subscription or skip a delivery?
Yes, to do so click 'Manage subscription' in your subscription activation email, and from here you can pause or skip a delivery.
To pause, click 'cancel subscription' and select the number of months you would like to pause your subscription for. - Can I review my order history?
Yes, to do so click 'Manage subscription' in your subscription activation email, and from here you can view previous orders.
- How do I restart my subscription
If you are taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your GP before adding Super Regular to If you've paused your subscription it will automatically begin again after the number of months you selected.
To change this, click 'Manage subscription' in your subscription activation email and select 'view upcoming orders'. From here you can reschedule your order (delay it further or choose an earlier delivery date) - I have a complaint

Billing
- How do I update my billing information?
Click 'Manage subscription' in your subscription activation email. From here you can edit your details in the 'address & payment details' section.
- Do you store my card information?
Your privacy and security are our top priority. We do not store credit cards.
We use a secure third-party credit card vaulting service that is fully PCI-compliant. Further information is available in the Recharge Privacy Policy. - When will I get charged for my subscription renewal?
Upon placing your first order, it will be promptly processed and shipped.
For subsequent orders, you will receive a reminder email three days before we dispatch your next shipment, ensuring it's never a surprise. Billing frequency depends on your selected subscription plan.
Delivery
- Do you offer free shipping ?
Yes. We offer free shipping with all orders.
- Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to any address within the UK.
- When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 2pm on weekdays should arrive the following day.
Please allow an extra day for orders placed after this time. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday so should arrive on Tuesday. - Where is my order?
You can track the status of your order by clicking the 'view your order' button in your order confirmation email.
